Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your H Beauty account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the H Beauty app and sign in
2. Go to Settings → Security
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Option 2 — Without the app

If you can't or don't want to use the app, email us from the address on your account (or include your registered phone number) and we'll process the deletion on our end.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number, profile photo, saved addresses, skin/survey data, search history, device tokens, cart, and favorites are permanently removed. Order records are kept without any personal details attached, as required for financial and legal record-keeping — see our Privacy Policy for details. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered or signed back into.
