This explains what data H Beauty collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and data.

We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
What happens: the AI Skin Analyzer asks for 3 photos of your face and sends them to our AI provider for one-time analysis. You see a clear disclosure and must actively consent before any photo is captured — declining simply cancels the scan, nothing is sent anywhere.
What we don't do: we don't store the photos — not on our servers, and not with the AI provider, after that single analysis. Only the resulting skin analysis (text) is saved to your account, not the images.
What it isn't: the AI Skin Analyzer's analysis is cosmetic guidance only — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and isn't a substitute for professional medical advice.
Only the services that help us run the app: Firebase (Google) for sign-in, push notifications, and app reliability; Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple for authentication only; sms.zone for delivering the one-time verification code when you sign in by phone number; CyberSource for payment processing; and our AI provider for real-time AI Skin Analyzer analysis. None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes beyond providing that service to us.
You can review and update your info at any time from Settings. You can permanently delete your account and personal data from Settings → Security → Delete account, or from outside the app at prod.hbeauty.net/delete-account. Deletion removes your name, email, phone, photo, addresses, and activity history immediately and cannot be undone — see §1 for what's kept afterward and why.
All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Passwords are stored as a hash, never in plain text. Payment details are handled directly by CyberSource's secure widget and never reach our servers. No security system is perfect, but we design every new feature with these protections as a baseline, not an afterthought.
H-Beauty is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
The H-Beauty mobile app itself does not use cookies. On our web pages, the checkout page uses cookies only where CyberSource's payment widget technically requires them — specifically to support the 3-D Secure bank authentication step during a card payment. We don't use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics anywhere.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll update the "Last update" date above whenever we do.
